Introduction

Dongguan Juzhengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shenzhen Juzhengyuan Co., Ltd. Juzhengyuan is a holding enterprise of the provincial large-scale state-owned enterprise Guangdong GUANGWU Holding Group Co., Ltd. (with annual revenue of approximately 100 billion RMB). Dongguan Juzhengyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a mixed-ownership enterprise, combining the dual advantages of both state-owned and private enterprises.The Company is currently investing in the construction of a 1.2 million tons/year propane dehydrogenation to high-performance polyolefin project, which has been listed as a major project in Dongguan City and a key project in Guangdong Province. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of nearly 700 mu, with a total investment of nearly 5 billion RMB. It is planned to be completed by the end of 2018 and is currently in the full construction stage. The first phase mainly includes: one 600,000 tons/year propane dehydrogenation unit, two 300,000 tons/year polypropylene units, one 2,000 tons/year hydrogen purification unit, a propane low-temperature storage system, and various auxiliary facilities supporting production.Preliminary work for the second phase has also commenced. According to the Company's development strategy, the originally planned one 600,000 tons/year unit has been adjusted to three 900,000 tons/year units. Upon completion of the second phase, the project will annually produce 2.7 million tons of high-performance polyethylene and polypropylene, and 150,000 to 200,000 tons of hydrogen. The second phase is planned to invest 20 billion RMB and will be completed in stages over 3 to 5 years.After the full completion of both phases, the Company will have an annual production capacity of 3.3 million tons of polypropylene and polyethylene, becoming a leading enterprise in the domestic polymer materials industry and a backbone enterprise in the hydrogen energy sector. Additionally, the Company is actively promoting strategic cooperation with domestic enterprises engaged in the research and development, modification, and production of polymer materials, aiming to jointly build a highly competitive integrated upstream and downstream polymer materials industrial park in the surrounding region.
